The apartment is featured as an old well maintained building... eventhough it is an old building it is way far from well maintained. Ceiling with holes, walls with cracks, and windows that will not even close. The radiators from the heat system has never been replaced and hardly work, they do a good job constantly painting them, but the rust will ruin anything within a 2 feet radius. I would not get confused with the overall look of the building and, before considering moving to these apartments, check everything very careful (take pictures to keep a good record of the condition of the apartment to not get surprised with the return of your deposit).
