I loved them - I only lived in their apt for a year, but it was the best apt experience I've had so far. The staff was very helpful and never charged overdue fees when our rent was late. They're also professional and would always let us know two days in advance when the would come by for repairs and gave us the option of whether or not we wanted our apt shown.
