I have lived at 88 West for several months now and it has been a wonderful experience. 88 West is new to the area and has alot to offer. They have a 24 hour club house that features an arcade, fitness center, computer lab, indoor basketball court and media lounge. The court yard is scheduled to be completed at the end of August and will have a heated pool, sand volleyball, ping pong, porch swings, and a pet walk among other things. The apartments are brand new and very spacious. I am staying in a 4 bedroom apartment and it is 1664 square feet. The furnished apartments come with mahogany and leather furniture and a 32" LCD. As far as security goes, there are security systems and security bars in each apartment as well as 24 hour security guards around the property. The nice thing about 88 West is that they offer individual leases and all utilities are included in the rent!!
