Most of these reviews have been people who have just moved in...so let me tell you something about how the management really is so far. While the apartments are new, the maintenance has been surprisingly poor. Trash is all over the common areas in most buildings especially the ones that face the pool (aka party apartments). The pool (which has been promised to be done on the 30th of may, the june, then july, and now august, is still not finished. Now that everyone has moved in officially, there is NO parking close to my apartment. I have to park 1-2 buildings away thanks to lack of spaces and people bringing friends over. I usually see at least 2-3 extra people in the apartments next to me staying overnight. They don't have a permit system. Maintenance is so incompetent, that they closed a garage door with the opener inside (even though it has a laser to open back up) and now they have to make a hole through another persons garage. The leasing agents are no smarter either as they don't even know facts about their own complex like how many units they have and what the square footage of their apartments are. All they do is put down other complexes, that is very unprofessional. Trust me, you should come see the crappy stuff here like the puke on building 3's steps and how the apartments don't even look new anymore. See the actual units, not the models and you will know what I am talking about. This place is going to be a craphole in a few months. Live in a more well maintained place. By the way, unlike what they advertise, there is NO cable, there is Pavlov satellite and you do NOT get channels like speed, comcast sports (for cubs and bulls games), courtTV, bravo, g4 and all the really good channels insight cable offers. You get like 40 basic channels with HBO, and it's not good at all. I can upload a list on request. This place is not worth the amount of money I pay for it.
