horrible maintenance response

The 88-west response to maintenance problems is horrible.
They say they strive for 24 hour completion but that has not happened any of the times we complain about one of the problems with our apartment.
The worst is our cable.
In November we were out of cable for about 3 weeks.
Now we are out of cable again (for almost a week now).
It is not only the fact that we do not have the cable we were promised and that we pay for each month in our rent.
It is the fact that they rarely update you on any progress that is being done to fix the problem.
(Most likely because little is getting accomplished to actually fix the problem.) I know the problem with our cable may not be a simple issue to fix but plenty of time has been given since the problem was figured out in November.
I will update this post in the future to let you know how long it actually takes to resolve this issue.
The cable is now working again.
