Ashton Woods has terrible tenants who complain about any sound whatsoever. If you make noises, they will complain. Secondly, The maintenance is horrible. If you call to request them to fix something, they most likely won't fix it. You have to call at least 3 times in order for them to actually do something and that something generally is them merely looking and realizing there is a problem, after that it takes a week or two for them to actually do something about it, however, you can forget about them fixing cosmetic damages. I can understand though, it was just a leak from a pipe that was dripping into my bathroom. That's not important at all. The management is terrible. The maintenance is terrible. The tenants are terrible. Avoid this place like the plague. This place should be condemned.
