Not luxury, but affordable w/ great management

I lived here for 1.5 years. If you're looking for luxury accomodations, this is not your stop. But if you want very affordable living with decent amenities near campus, this is a good option. I never had a problem with maintenance requests - they were always very prompt. The manager (Loren) was the nicest and most accomodating landlord I've met in my 8 years renting on the U of I campus. There was plenty of parking and a large pool that was nice during summer.
