I've been living for 3 years. The previous management team (Lori) was very friendly and got things fixed very fast. Things changed after the new management team came in. For example, we had a hot water leaking problem in the bathroom recently. We submitted the Maintenance request (by email and phone call and office visit) over a month and half ago, and nobody came over to even take a look. We have to shut down that hot water pipe to avoid high water and heating bills. You can image how inconvenient it is. Not recommended.
