I lived in one of their apartments for 3 years and my only complaint was slow maintenance. Then when I was looking for apartments again a year ago, their staff seemed clueless. The woman was trying to show me a town house but did not know where it was. We were in an area with all apartments or townhouses. It was a rainy day and we were walking around with my 4 year old son from building to building so she could ask who the landlord was for that building. The office staff was not much better to deal with. Will not rent form them again.
