Barr is outstanding compared to my last landlords (University Group). I am so impressed with their service and quality of their apartments. My apartment was actually clean when I moved in. I didn't have a bed in my room when I got here, so I called and they brought a brand new one within half an hour. While the maintenance guys were here they fixed a couple other things as well. I actually feel safe here, and I plan to renew my lease for next year.
