I have never been so disappointed by a realty company. When I moved in during Fall 07, my apartment was dirty, the carpets had never been cleaned, the bathroom was terrible, and the windows were literally falling apart.
They offer the worst maintenance service ever! A fuse was blown one night and I called for emergency maintenance, since I had a refrigerator filled with food. They didnt come to repair the fuse for 22 hours!!
I recently got my security deposit back and they ripped me of $200!!!
I cleaned the place from top to bottom. They charged me for things that I never even had when I lived there!
There parking lot must have had 100 potholes. It was impossible to maneuver in the winter time.
I feel that I got robbed by this place!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS REALTY COMPANY!!
THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!
