I have rented from Barr for many years (14), and I recently moved from Apt. 9 to Apt. 2 in my building. Barr is always quick to come when I call concerning maintenance issues, am locked out of my apartment, etc. The office staff is always cheerful and ready to help, and I unhesitatingly recommend Barr to many of my students.
