I just recently moved into my new apartment at 502 E. Healey in Champaign through BARR. When I moved in, there was mold on the walls, and other minor, trivial damages. The maintenance staff was here before I could even think twice. They not only fixed the mold damage but also repaired the minor problems. They are truly a dedicated and hardworking staff.
