[Overall]
As far as i know, buildings and staff are second to none in CU area but the quality of residents is not really nice and I had a some bad experiences with maintainance guys. I pay the highest rent in CU area hoping to have decent neighbors but I guess this is best I can get in CU area. Kind of sad. As I expect that the quality of residents is no less than other apartments, if you don't mind the high rent and the distance from the campus, this place is tough to beat.

[Good]
(1) Staff at the office are really nice.
(2) The buildings are clean, beautiful, and very well maintained.
(3) I love the pond and the birds.

[Bad]
(1) The residents don't know how to drive. The speed limit inside is 19mph, but many of them drive at around 30-40mph. There are center lines but many do not (or do not know how to) observe. I sometimes wanted to call cops to make this place a better and safer one. If I have a kid, I will hesitate to live in this place and thus expose their life to risk of accidents.
(2) Residents occasionally throw crazy parties and thus disturbing. Don't assume that those who afford to pay this place already graduated from stupid behavior because they haven't.
(3) Maintainance guys walked into my room without taking their shoes off even though I aksed them to. Probably they don't understand some people take their shoes off in their apartments.
(4) A maintainance job that I aksed was never done.
