My only complaint is that the windows and doors are not well sealed. Plastic on the windows helped a lot in winter. To tell you the truth I never bothered to file a complaint about this with the office. Had a single incidence of the roof leaking during a really big storm. Since then most of the buildings seem to be getting new roofs.
The office staff is incredible. I can't tell you how many times they have helped, possibly to the point of breaking their own rules.
I would have liked to see more energy invested in the on-site bar/cafe. It could really be a great place to hang out year round if there was more going on there. As it stands, summer is the only interesting time in the cafe.
