I read all the reviews before signing my lease and I thought I can deal with the bad neighbors as long as the apartment is nice. It isn't.

The plumbing is horrible the girl below us has been flooded three times!!! The toilets are cheap plastic. The model was one thing the apartment you move in to will be another story all together. God forbid you have issues and need to call the office. They are the cattiest group of girls I have ever come into contact with and the will NOT help you. They were so nice as we signed our life away then completely turned on us when we called for a repair. I have actually gotten into a fight with one of the girls to get our nonworking outlets fixed. Our calls were ignored and we were treated very poorly. I would move today if I could.

This is a very troubled person and I am very sorry she is so unhappy. I lived in Baytowne for years, and enjoyed it so much I still stay in touch with the staff. There are always problems in rental facilities (you're not living with Mom and Dad anymore), but to suggest that the professional leasing/maintenance staff was indifferent, negligent or hostile suspends belief. I hope this renter finds more happiness in his/her next posting.
