The entire time I have lived here the staff has been extremely friendly & helpful. Baytowne has full-time maintenance, gatehouse, office, and clubhouse staff to help you with anything you need. My apartment is exactly what I wanted with no issue's. The one time I needed to call maintenance was because I did not know how to use my dishwasher.(very embarrassing to a 30yr old male) They came by immediately and gave polite instructions on how to use. The clubhouse & staff are wonderful. It has a full bar, serves lunch and dinner with mixed in brunches. Residents are also able to rent out for social events! You can do all this with a great view of the lake and enjoy yourself inside or on the patio. The lake is fantastic during the fall,spring, and summer. There is a sidewalk around it which many people use to walk or jog. I have caught Bass out of it as well! During the winter the maintenance crew always has parking lots and sidewalks plowed and cleared. I was very confused to see any negative reviews on this site. I guess you just can't please some people! I really can't think of a negative thing to say. Absolutely top notch!!!
