I also had bad experiences with 405 E. Stoughton. The balconies were torn off mid semester and that included most of the heating insulation. In turn, the entire aapartment complex has an average of monthly $130 power bills. Also due to the balcony construction severe water damage occured to two bedroom ceilings. In both instances the ceiling was caving in and water dripped in more than eight locations. CPM simply reduced the rent by $60 and assured tenants they would fix everything shortly. I mean I leave one more and the same afternoon part of the ceiling and water falls on my computer. This is unexceptable.

Oh yeah they were no locks in the laundry facility so homeless gentlemen sleep in their on a regular basis and well as drug deals went on down there.
