I have lived in urbana champaign for 6 yrs in 3 different places (single/dorm, signle/outskirts, married) and this was absolutely the worst. they look nice on the outside, but the place is plagued with worst management, mice(yes mice!!!, and this place was pretty new), ants, spiders you anme it. ask anyone who has lived in the neighborhood and they will tell you any CPM place sucks. if you do get to rent from this crappy place make sure that you get everything in writing and make sure you are willing to fix everything youself. they charge for extra cars (they originally charged for the first and got threats from everyone that they would move). loud loud loud.. thin walls. dirty premises. go elsewhere....
