After living here for two days, I knew that this place was worse for studying than the dorms. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. We were broke into and CPM told us "to bad talk to the police." During the baseball playoffs, we had people over and got busted by the police because the people above us were to loud, when we told the police that they laughed at us. Later that night the police came and yelled at us again for being to loud. Nothing was clean when we moved in and there were holes in the walls. This place is terrible and I would suggest living in a dorm over this.
