I lived at 905 Oregon, Urbana in a 4 bdrm apt. It was so dirty, cheap and things were falling apart. The CPM people don't care and are EXTREMELY cheap. Our linoleum kitchen floor was really dirty when we moved in, as well as broken chairs and the staff said that they would replace it. However, they never did. For the same amount of money, you can find a much better place to live. What's worse is the noise level. IT'S TERRIBLE! This is especially true if you have an apt with windows facing another apt complex. Trust me, the design is terrible. Warning: if you want to pay the extra arm and a leg for a parking spot under the building, make sure your car is in good conditions to get up a steep slope, especially during winter time or when it floods.
