I live in 2008 Vawter St in Urbana. It's incredibly noisy in my apartment building. You would also think that CAMPUS property management would mean that STUDENTS lived in the apartments, NOT THE CASE. There are families with children and people with dogs that bark in the middle of the night. I strongly suggest not staying with them. Oh, yah, and you're heat can be on ALL night long and NEVER EVER break 70 degrees, so unless you are a big person, you'll freeze!

Huh? Housing laws prohibit discrimation based on factors like student status, family/maritial status, number of kids... These laws are here to protect you.
