I live near Centennial and I've only lived in my apartment for a very short time (three months to be exact.) When I moved in the place was not cleaned at all! I painted the entire apt and cleaned everything. The apts are not secure at all! People are always coming in the building and you have no idea if they are just wondering around. My neighbors were extremely loud and the cops were called on them all the time. (I was too terrified to call the cops.) I never once felt safe in my apt. There is only one lock on the door and I felt as if my neighbors could very easily kick open the door. The outside of the building is horrible. The siding is falling off and flying around everywhere. The hallways are another story. People think it's a garbage can. There are alcohol bottles everywhere, empty cigarette packs, and puke all over the stairs, which never gets cleaned. If you were able to get a garage, you were lucky, but they were a pain the butt to park in. Your only other options to parking was paying for a parking spot in the lot, or TRYING to find a spot on the street. The price was on the high side for the apt.
I would NEVER recommend this to anyone!
The office people were nice to you only when you are signing a lease, after that it's bad. I went in to get a new key b/c my keys were stolen and they said I had to call the locksmith, which is bullsh*t. When I called them they told me I had to get a key from my landlord so I got the run around on that. The people are rude and inconsiderate. Please, do your self a favor, and don't move here.
