Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
I lived in a 4BR CPM apartment as a student from 1998-1999. It was nothing special, as your average college apartment goes... but the CPM staff is pretty lame. Case in point, they finally came to our apartment over the month-long Winter Break to repair a shower ceiling that had started to fall down. They fixed, and when they left, left our front door unlocked for the remainder of our month-long break while the 4 of us were away. Way to go, Campus Property Management.
At the time, our parking area/laundry area was the "hang-out" for several homeless people or panhandlers. After tenants complained, CPM put up flyers. Needless to say, they didn't make a huge difference.
