I lived at 905 oregon. It was cheap...only 248/person. The apartment was small and dirty when we moved in and there were some bugs, but after we cleaned it up and they sprayed we havent had a problem. The building is quiet...probabaly because theres only 2/6 apartments occupied on our floor. We've had some problems, but I'd sign again if I wasnt loosing one of my roomates.
