Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
We have been in a CPM unit for 10 months and have had very little success in getting CPM to repair anything. Part of our roof was damaged in a storm in October and we still have had no contact about fixing it. It's a big company that won't give you the time of day. We were planning on staying around 3 years, but are moving mainly because of our dissatisfaction with CPM.
