I'd heard a lot of bad reviews about CPM but I actually haven't had any problems with them. They have always been on top of things, numerous times I'd call them because something needed fixed and they were there in a couple hours. I figured it would take them atleast a day. It wasn't spotless when I moved in, but they did pay to have it cleaned once I was in there. Apparently its the past renters job to make sure its cleaned. So I thought that was nice of them. It is pretty expensive, and small. So I probably won't be renting from this particular building again.
