Here is a list of the problems I have encountered since moving in:

1. pigeons in building hallway leaving behind feathers and feces 2. garbage disposal did not work 3. fire extinguisher does not work 4. fire alarms do not work 5. walls stained in living room 6. roaches
in kitchen cupboards 7. there was no microwave for first 2 weeks 8.
broken legs on various furniture (desks, coffee table, end tables)
when I moved in 9. a.c. leaked water onto electrical outlet 10. ceiling leaks water in kitchen and bedroom 11. water gets cold in shower
