I lived in Woodcrest at John/Hollycrest for three years. It was a filthy pit when I moved in. Everything was broken and filthy and it took forever to get a very seedy, unprofessional maintenance man to fix anything. Often he made a bigger mess than he fixed. The outside was trashy the parking lot an absolute mess. The neighborhood was drug infested. The laundry room, located in the building and accessable only by key, was destroyed for the change in the machines leaving no laundry facility there for months. Too close to the high school and bars it was a constant flow of noisy kids and trashy adults. 6 people were evicted in my first couple of months because of SERIOUS domestic problems with the police. The managment constanly charged me late fees even when checks were dropped off on time, during business hours in their drop box. They even charged a deposit on a parking space! They are the WORST LANDLORDS EVER! STAY AWAY! BEWARE!
