Campus Property Management owns the building my place is in on Michigan Ave. in Urbana. No, my apartment wasn't cleaned up to my standards when I moved in, but it wasn't bad. My washer didn't work when I moved in, and they gave me a $20.00 credit for the month, even though it was only broken for 1 week. That covered the cost of doing my laundry somewhere else. So far I really like Campus Property Management, maybe they've changed'!'!
