These apartments look really nice from the outside, but inside the place isn't so great. The apartments are pretty big and have everything you need, but you can't count on CPM after you move in. The lights in the elevator were out for at least a month before CPM took care of it (creepy), the trash is never cleared out so it continually piles up by the elevators and in the atrium, and service requests are rarely answered in a timely fashion b/c they have so many buildings to take care of.
