CPM has the best staff I have seen thus far in Champaign. They let me know whenever they are going to show my apartment; they clean the common areas in my building every week; they complete my service requests quickly; and the managers are always available to help me out with any discrepancies. I'm sure some of their buildings aren't the nicest, but my apartment is great and I've enjoyed staying with CPM. I would just recommend leasing at one of their nicer buildings to avoid having any problems with a bad apartment.

Where I rented, their way of notifying us that they'd be showing an apartment was by posting a monthly calender in which there were literally 3-5 hour blocks 3-5 days a week in which they could show up at any time and show our place. That was their 24 hour "Notice." How lazy of them!
