I asked them several times to come and fix the washer and dryer, and they responded two weeks later after i had asked them. When they finally came back they fixed it, until it started making a weird noise when it rinsed the dishes. It also took them forever to clear the sidewalk, my friend almost fell and broke her arm. When i told them about it, they acted like it was not urgent. The managers on East Michigan didn't know what they were doing. If you talk to the other properties first you will get better service and more reliability. If you rent don't rent from East Michigan.
