Good but has flaws

The apartments are big. The driers get large loads dry for $0.75. The ground-floor ones are partially subterranean which keeps them cool in the summer, which is especially nice since the air conditioners are too noisy to run continuously. Heat is free but doesn't go above 68 degrees. The maintenance crew is magnificent. They returned more of my deposit than Royse and Brinkmeyer. The mailboxes have parcel lockers and the office can sign for UPS packages. There were frequent brief power outages.
