Although convenient and affordable, it is old and has roaches. They do spray but it does nothing to stop what they call "water roaches" or the silverfish. The people below can hear everything and my neighbors especially would complain if we "walked too loudly at night." You then get these wonderful phone calls from the very rude staff to tell you of the complaint and threaten you. Most buildings seem to have no problem with parking but my building had none available after 10pm. Somebody was murdered near my building at night and the buildings aren't secured. If you need to wipe off the wall, even just a rag and water will take the paint off. There are garbage disposals in the sinks but even as you move in they tell you not to use them because water backs up into the apartments below, then you get charged for it, I wonder why they are there. Air conditioning unit does not cool bedrooms or hallway, and power goes out often but returns quickly. Honestly the people in the office are so rude I do not want to support their paychecks by renting from this place again. I encourage everyone to look other places to live then at Country Fair Apts.

yeah, the murder thing happened right outside my window the early morning we were moving out. i had a decent experience at country fair, although we also had our neighbor commit suicide earlier in the year. didn't feel safe there.

I heard gunshots here last week. Isn't it amazing how there are suicides and murders here but do you really think they will tell you upon move-in that someone killed themselves in your apartment? I feel the same way about supporting their paychecks by renting, especially Heather.
