Country Fair Apartments is a real bargain. The management reacts quickly to problems and has been really polite when I have spoken to them in person or over the phone. They give several days advanced notice before they enter the apartment. The maintenance people are polite and quite skilled. You are able to get out of your lease by paying a reasonable reletting fee. Glenda, the office manager, is extremely nice and reacts quickly if there are problem tenants. She will not hesitate to post a memo in the common area of the apartments stating that some tenants are being loud and that the other tenants should let her know if the problem continue. The heat, water, and garbage hauling are free. I personally think the people complaining about Country Fair Apartments are whining little babies who expect an apartment to be like mom and dads home. This is an apartment complex. While I lived there they were installing new giant hot water heaters in the buildings and I never had a cold shower. They also were swapping out the old air conditioners. I recommend that you take a walk through the complex. The lady that does the landscaping is incredible. The flowers are so beautiful. There is almost never any litter on the ground because they have a girl that cleans the common areas and picks up the trash outside. I would recommend Country Fair Apartments in a heart beat. It is a great place for a great price.

I agree completely- I have no idea what other tenants are doing to make the office staff cranky.
