To be honest if you never have to call the office you won't really have any problems. The staff treats us like a pain regarless of why we are in. For the cost of rent I would say the apartments aren't bad and the area seems safe enough. We go walking around the grounds in the early evenings on occasion and never have had a problem. The pool is generally crowded and not open enough hours during the day and not enough days during the year. The noise level rating I had to think a bit about because the noises generally are not loud, but are always present. The grounds around the main office seem beautiful and well-kept, but the outer buildings are completely ignored.
