I lived at Country Fair apartments for 2 years and had no problems whatsoever. The apartment was spacious, but as some of the other people have commented, the walls are thin and depending upon the neighbors could get noisy. AC was provided only in the living room, but it was very effective in cooling the bedroom as well. Maintenance was prompt the few times we called them. Parking lot was spacious and had no problems finding parking space right in front of my apartment. I was a female graduate student living alone and had no security issues at all.

Yea, no problems finding parking but you never know who is loitering in that parking lot.
