The free heat in the winter is great, along with the free cable and the cheap rent. I've always found the neighborhood to be pretty quiet and safe. The bus stop across the street is very convenient and the management company has been very helpful and friendly. The windows are a little thin but the great things about the apt outweigh this small problem. Lots of grad students and small families in the complex makes for a pretty quiet atmosphere.

Yeah the heat is free because it doesn't work! Great area? wow you must not be close to Kenwood Rd.
