I lived at Country Fair Apartments for MANY years with my daughter. Being a single parent, raising my daughter there for most of her life, I always felt safe. Some remarks people are making about the neighborhood are ridiculous. Anything can happen anywhere. Country Fair Management and Maintenance keep a good eye on the property. The local police department does not consider Country Fair Apartments a high crime area and is very complimentary of the staff there! The staff is very friendly. Many of their staff have worked there for many, many years. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who actually built the property and keeps it very well maintained! The apartments were built in the late 60's, not the 50's as some people have stated. I truly feel "they don't make them like they used to." You never run out of hot water. You may be able to hear your neighbor's showers, but that is because the water pressure is awesome! I NEVER heard my neighbors tv's or stereos when I was in my apartment. Even if I had heard some noise, you have to expect that living in an apartment and they don't advertise that their apartments are "sound proof"... As for the comments about the pool being so crowded you can't get in the gate, I laughed. There are ALOT of people that live there that do not use the pool. I have NEVER seen the pool so full you couldn't get in! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Any issue I have ever had with a maintenance or management issue has always been addressed promptly. I very rarely had to turn my heat up, because my apartment was so warm. Maybe these people who had a problem should have called maintenance. My guess is that the people leaving the bad comments didn't get their way and retaliate by leaving bad comments.
