First impressions of this place were well above average. The management staff was more then helpful at first, then as time went on the become very unprofessional and rude. Maintainance would smoke and work loudly in the hallways, and they always parked there cars where ever the hell the wanted, except the parking spots, which filled up quickly. The guy in our complex smoked cigars, which filled the our whole apartment with that awful smell, we called the office about it and they were rude to us(like with every other problem we had) and all they did to fix it was send maintainance over to duct-tape random holes. There were also random times the came into are apartment without any notice or approval, and they tore our bathroom up and left it that way, on one occasion. The air conditioner is nothing special, the heat takes for ever just to get to a medicore temperature. The speedpumps in the parking lot are ridicuously huge, and that gets old quick. This place is serouisly outdated the appliances and cabinets are from the 50's and not well-maintain, it also looks like a prison or mental hospital from the outside. I wouldnt recommend living there unless you are a ghetto-ass trash ball, then you would fit in perfectly with the staff and residents.
