I lived here when I first moved to Champaign because it was cheap and easy to sign a lease from out of state. Bad idea!
The management was so rude. They actually scolded me for putting food down the garbage disposal when it clogged up and I had to call maintnence!! WTF'' Sinc when can't carrot peels go in the disposal'
It is not a safe area. My bike got stolen and there was a murder while I lived there. Once, there was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway outside my apartment.
Don't be fooled by the low price and large floorplan. This place is GHETTO! Spend a little more and get a nicer, safer apartment. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Yes I truly agree with you, the management is crap. They are not ready to help and will scold you as if they are doing favor on you. Please stay away from this apartments
