For a 1 bedroom, the price was not outrageous, but it's SO tiny. I didn't like that. When we moved in, they told us they would replace the linoleum in the bathroom due to a large stain.. We had to call them at least 2 times- and it took almost 6 months before they came and fixed it. The office staff was okay, but sometimes when I'd go in to pay, I would be ignored for about 10 minutes or so. Don't be deceived by their pictures on the website of the apartments. Our cabinets were ugly dark brown and SUPER old. We had nice neighbors, which were quiet, and that was at least nice. Parking was sufficient. BUT I would never want to live there again, I know that for sure. I probably wouldn't recommend..
