We really enjoyed living here. Our place had it all. It was a large 1500 sq ft. tri-level townhome and had free reserved parking right outside our door. It had a huge (22' x 14') finished, carpeted basement (which never had a water seepage problem even after days with more than 3 inches of rain) which made a great living area and tornado shelter :). It had central heat and air conditioning, a balcony, and modern appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well as washer/dryer hookups.
Management was incredibly efficient and courteous in dealing with our minor maintainence issues. The large outdoor common areas for recreation were a bonus.

The 3 bedroom homes (which we lived in) only shares a single wall with another townhome. Our neighbor was very quiet, we never heard her through the wall. It was nice not to have to worry about hearing people walking above you or hearing loud music from below.

Not sure what happened to the person who gave this place a bad review, but it is possible he was there under the old management. We never encountered the problems he complained about. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
