Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lease terms are not good. No lease breakage clause. In any circumstances if you want to break the lease, there is no scope. ONce you signed the lease, you have to pay the rent until you finish the lease. It is very difficult to find a party to sublease. So you will end up with paying for whole year. In champaign lot of ohter apts have lease brake clause with 2 months notice.
