Well, it USED to be a good place to live

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
When we moved in a few years ago, this was a great place to live. Lots of kids, a good family environment. Then Tuscany Partners took over and started renting to ANYONE. They're like used car dealers now. Bad Credit' No Credit' No Problem! Lots of groups of Parkland kids, lots of parties, and, as I'm writing this, bass thumping through the walls from both sides.
Houses are cheap. For $800/month, just go buy one and save the annoyance of this place.
Also seconded on the no lease breakage clause... What the hell'
