I haven't actually rented from Gabe's Place, but I viewed the apartments. They were disgusting, and I realize that a lot of that is the tenants, but the common areas and hallways were so nasty, there was food all over the hallways, and at once when I was walking out of the apartment I was viewing the tenant had put a sign on their door that said "DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD". I wanted to tell them that I could jump in my trash dumpster for free which was the equiv. of what I was getting for the $550 they wanted.
