I have had the worst experience with this particular landlord. Not only was my place NOT cleaned when I moved in, but any repairs (including a GIANT hole through my roommates door) have yet to be attended to. (our sink has been LEAKING since we moved in. We had no furniture upon move in and still are attempting to receive pieces.
I have only been treated with condescention and disrespect, not by the staff, but by Gabe.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here.
P.S. My roommate and I were each walked in on NUDE by maintenance people. Gabe's Place does not appear to adhere to the 24 hours notice before entry law of Urbana.
