Ok seriously, all these bad reviews are a bunch of spoiled brats. I live at 202 E. John. During move-in I saw a bunch of spoiled north shore brats with their parents who don't know that this is a HUGE party building, screaming at every employee they could find. Although I obviously can't speak for everyone who did not come with a silver spoon up their @*$, but don't people do anything for themselves anymore' When i moved in my apartment was not spotless, but it was obvious that they had cleaned. Everything in my apartment was in working condition, except my shower head. It was very loose and water sprayed out of the sides. So like a grown @*$ man, i went to the store, bought a $7 part and changed it myself...wow how hard was that. I even heard a couple of the maintenance workers talking about how they had been getting numerous calls about people not knowing how to use their baseboard heat. Are you serious''' Did they have someone at their house who's sole job was to adjust the thermostat for these brats' The rent here is cheaper than any thing similar on campus, and ----, it is a PARTY building. Gabe's Place has been nothing but respectful to me, and helped me in every way they could. I could only imagine that if these students talk to the employees as their parents did early this school year, that the fact that none of them have been hit yet, is a show of proffesionalism. I know that if i were an employee during move in, lissoning to these brats whine about everything, i would be finishing college with the Department of Corrections.
