1) Cockroach smashed on the wall when we moved in.

2) Moved in to wet, muddy, urine-smelling carpet.

3) No shower curtain, bed, any kind of furniture.

4) "Laundry Services" is an old, smelly, filthy room with machines that don't work.

5) "Electrician" came over to fix a problem dressed like a thug when I wasn't there, and was hitting on my wife, saying "you too fine to be married."

6) Door was broken in at first, so the wall next to the doorknob was falling apart.

7) "Parking" behind the building will cost you $720, up-front, even though they tell you $60/month, the same price as my covered parking space one block away.

8) They are raising rent from my $425 to $435 next year.

9) They come in to show the apartment at reasonable hours, but without so much as a phone call, and leave the door unlocked when they leave.

10) Gabe does not answer phone calls during the fall rush time, when people are moving in, due to all of the complaints.
